ORDERING

Please verify the time required for each product before ordering. If you have ordered without giving us a sufficient notice as per the indicated time in the product page, we would be unable to deliver the product. So please ensure that you read the terms and conditions against each product before ordering. An order can only be rescheduled and cannot be cancelled. We ensure that all the products published on this site are available for ordering, however in certain cases, if the ordered product is unavailable another product of equal value would be delivered. Also be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary.

  1. 1.     The image selected will match up to 80% of the actual cake in terms of brightness of the colours and 3D presentation of the figures, since they are all hand made.
  2. 2.     All our cakes are hand crafted by our skilled chefs/artists. Different chefs have different ways of recreating the pictures into your cakes.
    There will never be an exact match with the picture in the website.
PAYMENTS

Payments can be done in two ways:

1.     Citrus Pay: Citrus pay gives you an option of making the payment through credit/ debit cards at the time of ordering the products.

2.     Cash on Delivery: If you click on cash on delivery, then you have to do the payment only at the time of receiving the product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CAKES: All orders will be taken before 9 pm previous day, where the delivery time is before 12 am of the delivery date. For example :( if you want a cake before 3 pm today, then you will have to order before 9pm yesterday). And for delivering a cake after 3 pm, you have to place the order before 11.30am the same day.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

1.    You must notify MY BAKE immediately if you decide to cancel your CAKE order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. Orders can be cancelled 24 hours before the schedule delivery DATE.

2.    For cancellations of FOOD after the cut off period, if the Participating Chef accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the Chef refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of Food has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already prepared/ dispatched.

3.    We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made using the same channel you made the payment within 15-20 days of cancelling the order.

4.    If the cancellation was made in time and once the chef has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 15 -20 days, which includes the delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable.

5.    In the unlikely event that we delivers a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), we would inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund.

6.    Whenever he is eligible for the refund, customer has the option to get a cash refund or store credit based on his discretion.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page). Select "Personal Information" to update your password. To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.
